Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

So far the app seems to have all the details about attractions, dining, shopping, hotels, transportation, ECT. But the app keeps telling me that the hotels I want to stay at are all booked up. Which isn't true, I called the hotels myself. So that's frustrating.

⚠️BEWARE: ONE-CLICK BOOKING⚠️ I was browsing hotels - NOT intending to make a booking - trying to apply a 15% voucher Klook emailed me. Klook showed an orange “Book” button which I anticipated would take me to a final review page to check dates, price and insert promo code. There was NO final review/confirmation step. I pressed “Book” then WHAM! Booking confirmed and automatically charged. Non-refundable. *Klook refused a full refund.* App creates serious risk of unintended transactions!!
